Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and and muscle balance. (Mayo Clinic). so if you sit at a desk or drive all day, suffer from lower back pain or just feel stiff and achy all the time then you should definitely try Pilates.

Martin (Instructor)

Martin joined the Core Health & Fitness team in 2013 teaching mat Pilates. He has qualifications in both mat and reformer Pilates. Martin is trained to teach all levels of ability. Martin is a very popular and exceptionally good instructor, we are very lucky to have him as part of our team.
