Martin joined the Core Health & Fitness team in 2013 teaching mat Pilates. He has qualifications in both mat and reformer Pilates. Martin is trained to teach all levels of ability. Martin is a very popular and exceptionally good instructor, we are very lucky to have him as part of our team.
